When I came across the title “This is What Happens When You Give Thousands of Stickers to Thousands of Kids”, I giggled.  This is a brilliant idea and what a beautiful outcome.  The artist is Yatoi Kusama and she is currently featured at the Queensland Gallery of Modern Art in the exhibition titled “Look Now, See Forever”.  She painted an entire room, along with all of the furniture, a canvas white.  Children are given dot stickers of all sizes and colors and are able to place them wherever and however their heart desires.   The pictures of the room gradually transforming are simply magnificent.   The colors in the picture pop so much that it looks unreal.  Please take a minute to look at these pictures and to read more on this piece and other related pieces here: Obliteration Room
